Prior experience in computer repair is not a requirement; instead, you can hire a certified technician to do the work. Geeks On Call® provides comprehensive training in all aspects of the business and offers a Business Builder Plan to help you build a successful business from the ground up. Everything starts with “Geek University,” which is an in-depth, weeklong training program conducted at our World Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. In addition, we provide extensive field-marketing training within your franchised territory. With the guidance of your regional manager, you will establish a marketing plan to assist in the development of your franchise.
